Shane Storey is a respected accountant, business adviser, and property investor with a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University. As founder of Storey & Associates in Palmerston North, he has spent more than 30 years helping business owners and investors build wealth and improve performance.
A passionate property investor himself, Shane is known for challenging conventional thinking with practical, data-driven insights. In this presentation, he will share his latest research into demographic trends, property demand, and his thought-provoking 1:1.74 Ratio theory, which explores the relationship between job creation and housing demand.
Shane will also introduce an innovative approach to debt recovery, offering fresh strategies that could help investors and business owners improve cash flow and reduce the impact of unpaid debts.
