About the Hawke’s Bay Property Investors’ Association (HBPIA)

The Hawke’s Bay Property Investors’ Association (HBPIA) has been a trusted resource for property investors for decades. With over 300 members, we are proud to represent a diverse community of traders, buy-and-hold investors, commercial property owners, and short-term rental operators.

HBPIA was instrumental in lifting the land tax on commercial properties and continues to play an active role in shaping legislation, including input on the Residential Tenancies Act and its amendments. Through our affiliation with the New Zealand Property Investors Federation (NZPIF), we ensure that the voices of our members are heard at a national level.
